Wedding Fall Romantic Timeless Indoor

Ana & Gabriel’s Blue & White Fall Wedding at The Royal Crest Room

10-05-21

Weddings are totally our universe, fair and square! Nothing else delights us as much as capturing two people in love celebrating the happiest day of their lives does. Basking in the second-hand emotions of these happy couples is something that we want to do time and again, that’s why we are in the wedding photography profession. Our camera has witnessed thousands of love stories so far, and we take pride in ourselves for making those special tales of love even more special! Every couple is unique for us and so is their love story! And it pleases us as punch when we share them with the world, especially the ones that managed to brave the turbulent times of 2020 and shine bright like a diamond. No doubt, the coronavirus pandemic led to a major slowdown in the wedding industry, with many couples canceling or postponing their big day, but there were couples who chose to get hitched on the original wedding date. And we swelled with pride and joy after they handpicked us to be their wedding photographer! When coronavirus managed to put a wrinkle in the wedding industry, it was love and hope that tried their best to keep those worry lines away from the beautiful faces of couples planning to get married in 2020. And the skilled hands and creative minds of our wedding photographers made sure that these COVID-19 weddings didn’t lose their essence no matter what while documenting them with their cameras! One such big day story that we captured in last year’s autumn season is still floating in front of our eyes, and we are delighted to take you through our wedding gallery where it is holed up.

Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is not a cakewalk. In 2020, when many couples were cautiously moving ahead and were forced to delay their ‘I do’s,’ this star-crossed couple chose to flow against the wave and reached their happily ever after, blowing every obstacle on their way out of the water and braving all the rapids that intended to ruin the voyage! Here’s a glimpse of their special day you would love to have!

Season and the location took the edge off the difficult times

The day that our Orlando couple, Anamaully and Gabriel, decided to mark on the calendar forever as the epochal day of their life was the 4th of October 2020. And luckily the date falls in the fall! Yes, it was a fall wedding, and we couldn’t be happier! A season of cooler temps, cozy scarves, and pumpkin, fall brings with it gorgeous natural foliage and temperate weather to set the magical stage for weddings and swoon-worthy wedding photography. And the cherry on the top was the wedding venue they picked out of tons of wedding venues that Orlando has to offer. We jumped out of joy as we got to know it was The Royal Crest Room wedding! Boasting natural beauty, timeless elegance, and rustic decor, this gorgeous Orlando wedding venue is absolutely the perfect place to bring your dream wedding to life! Tucked away in St. Cloud, Florida from the city’s hustle and bustle, the enchanting Royal Crest Room wedding venue offers scenic views outdoors and well-furnished space indoors with a total room capacity of up to 230 wedding guests. From outdoor Magnolia garden setting with the picturesque brick Pergola embellished with the white trellis above for awe-inspiring wedding ceremonies to elegantly decorated 4,000-square-foot The White Ballroom complete with a high, contoured ceiling, neutral décor, large dance floor, and mesmerizing views of the lush golf course, making it an ideal setting for a luxurious reception. Nestled in a verdant property of 400 acres in size, this venue also has an outdoor cathedral with an open ceiling enveloped by a dazzling landscape, as an alternative ceremony space. Not only they but their guests too were in awe of the setting and stunned at the sweeping view on the outdoor Terrace while enjoying their hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Their alluring White Ballroom was fully equipped with everything to take the wedding reception notches above. It won’t be wrong if we say the “Picturesque-ness” of The Royal Crest Room made the wedding of Ana and Gabriel as pretty as a picture!

The Royal Crest Room weddings are anything but ordinary!

With a garden ceremony site featuring a dream-like pergola in the privacy of a rose garden terrace, an outdoor and open-air cathedral, and a magnificent ballroom, the panoramic views, scrumptious food, and extraordinary services, The Royal Crest Room weddings are no less than a dream come true! The spectacular entrance arch and the paved 60-foot aisle surrounded by seasonal flowers make it the complete picture! Chandeliers gleaming in the light – adding just the perfect amount of ‘bling’ with their modern elegance. It’s the ideal canvas on which couples can make their distinctive, creative designs come to life. Our wedding photographers absolutely loved this backdrop for the couple's fine art photography! This venue also provides professional wedding planning and coordination for a fuss-free and memorable experience. The venue is pet-friendly, and their wedding services include a bridal suite, in-house bar and catering, set-up and cleanup, and Wi-Fi. The personable staff at this award-winning venue is ready to arrange your ceremony site, reception area, catering, bartending, and event rentals. Upon request, further enhancements will be prepared for your special day, including helicopter rental and a fireworks display. Intimate ceremony packages are also available for more low-key celebrations. This is a setting where you can create a truly remarkable event, one to reminisce about in the years to come. For Anamaully and Gabriel’s intimate Orlando wedding, too, they left no stone unturned to create a momentous wedding day that they will cherish forever and a day.

The photo ops were simply OwO!

When it comes to photographic opportunities, The Royal Crest Room’s grounds and all the outstanding features at every turn capture the romance like no other place. This splendid venue in Orlando, FL is dotted with a waterfall bridge, a stately stone bridge, mature oak trees, classic British phone booths, bountiful blooms, meticulously manicured lawns, and Heart Lake. Moving inside, new dark hardwood floors, windows everywhere, vaulted ceilings, well-appointed trim work and French doors leading to the Veranda where western skies show off gorgeous sunsets are all ready to make your storybook wedding unforgettable on both sides of the camera. During the day, tons of natural light enters through numerous windows and French doors. At night, chandeliers sparkle above dark hardwood floors as dine and dance. Every photographers’ muse, this locale is a dream for making wedding memories and capturing breathtaking photographs alike. As you can see from all the pictures, this is a wonderful location for a wedding.

They aced the color and floral game!

Who says you can’t add a lighter blue to your fall color palette? This color is like a happier shade of denim. Cornflower looked gorgeous in centerpieces, and it paired perfectly with so many other shades. Soft and medium blues, deep shades of gray, crisp platinum-toned silvers, and greens, the wedding colors Ana picked for their autumn wedding were totally nodding to the season! Paired with silver, the normally serene blue takes on an inviting, festive air that befits a celebration - especially one in the fall. Symbolizing love, purity, modesty, and fidelity, while the blue ribbon tied to the bridal bouquet acted as Ana’s ‘something blue,’ the sparse sprinkling of silver here and there created a soothing and calm effect. And we were obsessed with the choice of flowers - from the wedding bouquets which were a classy assortment of blue hydrangeas, white ranunculus, roses and freesia buds, eucalyptus, baby’s breaths to the stunning tall glass centerpieces flourishing with myrtle, gyps, ferns, grevillea, honey bracelet, begonia, and hydrangeahas! Our artistic wedding photographers in and around Orlando bent over backward to capture every single detail in creative frames, whether it was the chic hexagonal gold-framed glass card box reading “Mr. & Mrs. DIAZ 10.04.2020” placed on the wedding gift table for guests (to simply drop their best wishes cards, sweet notes, or gift envelopes) with the cute “you are my happily ever after” sign behind it or the acrylic white framed welcome wedding signboard embellished with cascading blooms and seasonal greens installed on a black wrought iron stand. We loved the long shot of the rustic reception seating arrangement gleaming with the natural light pouring in from the massive windows and golden glow dripping from the dazzling crystal chandeliers and ceiling lights. The white drapes overhead added whimsy to the romantic setting! We loved how the napkin setting on the silver beaded glass charger plates subtly added blues to the all-white reception tables!

From the bridal suite to the ceremony space

We started with the detail shots and getting-ready pictures! On the big day, before Ana changed from her lovely white silk bride robe that read "Bride" on the back in an elegant gold font into the scintillating gown of her dreams, our professional and affordable wedding photographers in Orlando captured her getting-ready moments in elegant frames. The picture where Ana’s mom is cuddling her from behind is sure to well-up her eyes even when she is 80yo! We can’t get over the mind-blowing ring shots, especially the one which was taken on a turtle shell. And the one captured on the purple coneflower sure belongs to the stock photos! Ring shots or detail shots, our wedding photo experts missed no opportunity to capture our pretty bride’s beautifully manicured hands! They also made sure the bride has all the must-have shots in her wedding album, from bridal portraits to wedding dress and accessories photographs. We love the dress shot where the gown is hanging on the huge three-way vanity mirror next to the ravishing white bridal pumps and the wedding invite placed on a stool.

We must say that the gown was as pretty as our bride - featuring an A-line figuring-flattering silhouette, an illusion sweetheart neckline with keyhole back, and lace details heavy on the bodice and sparse on the long tulle skirt complete with a sparkly sash and a sweeping train! Our photographer didn’t forget to capture even the stylish wood hanger featuring the wire crafted into the word "Bride" with hearts on both sides in the beautifully manicured hands of our bride when she was all set to walk down the aisle with her parents! After the bridal portrait session was done, our Venezuela beauty rocked the runway like a royal bride in her bohemian lace ball gown hiding her beautiful face with minimal makeup behind the wispy fingertip veil tucked into her romantic updo adorned with a stunning barrette hairpin with a few rogue pieces framing her face and holding a charming bridal bouquet of fresh white seasonal blooms and greens tied with white lace and light blue satin ribbons! We love the way she twisted her tendrils into a lush, relaxed style. A fitting choice for that incredible lace dress! There's something poetic about a bride wearing minimal makeup and nude lipstick! All the pictures shot on the way to the altar where her dashing groom was eagerly waiting for his bride are guaranteed to endow an elegant kiss! The ceremony pictures too are beautifully captured by the photo experts and deserve tons of hand hearts <3

Ana’s groom & their crew, as smart as paint!

Our dashing Gabriel cut a dash in a deep blue 3-piece suit and a crisp white button-down shirt. Brownie points for the specs! Donning his favorite pair of well-loved frames, he managed to steal the show! He further accessorized his groom look with a white bowtie and pocket square, a classy wristwatch, a pair of classic black shoes, a lovely boutonniere blooming with whites and greens matching the ladies’ bouquets and the theme. And it was his side-parted short hair with trimmed sides and spiffy beard with clean lines that made him look off the hizzy! On the other hand, his clean-shaved squad wore their unique personalities and styles in their sleeves and rocked gray 3-piece suiting complete with a white shirt, powder blue tie, and black shoes. The best man opted for the same look but swapped the blue tie with a white bowtie! They tied the look together by tucking a green-white boutonniere with hints of blue to match their best friend and the bridal party, who were looking fresh as a daisy in long flowy dusty blue chiffon gowns. We loved the calming and cohesive look of both the gangs dressed to the nines! Did we mention that the little ones spiced up the ceremony with their presence! While our young man looked as cute as a bug’s ear in his gentleman attire and aced his duty of announcing the bride, the flower girl, rocking her white dress and a floral crown, also stole the thunder with her cute innocent gestures! The picture where the boy is entering the ceremony space in his mini car featuring the sign bearing a message in Spanish - “Tio Gabriel, Aqui viene tu novia respira" (which means “Uncle Gabriel, here comes your bride, breath!”) is giving us IRL heart eyes!
