La Shonda and Sreyas’ wedding day starts bright and early with them both getting ready for the summer wedding! Our wedding photographer did a phenomenal job capturing the details of the day, whether it is the groom’s accessories, or the henna adorning the bride’s hands. We also love how the multiple dresses that La Shonda wore throughout her various wedding functions were photographed together, thoughtfully displaying the beauty of an intercultural wedding. For her wedding ceremony, La Shonda chose a gorgeous lace bridal gown with a cascading train, a V-neck, and gorgeous embroidery details. Her bridesmaids wore gorgeous peachy yellow lehengas, a nod to the Indian side of the marriage. La Shonda’s hair was left open to cascade around her face in gentle curls, and the long translucent veil perched on the crown of her head for a stunning look overall. Sreyas wore a black suit for his special day, teamed with a white shirt and black bow tie. With a pair of sleek black formal shoes and a winning smile, he perfected his groom’s look. After a few group shots of La Shonda with her girls, our wedding photographers in Riverside captured our bride and groom for a beautiful first-look session. This is a moment the two will treasure forever!

After the first look, La Shonda and Sreyas got ready for the wedding ceremony in the beautiful outdoor venue. The wedding arch is decorated with pastel flowers and drapery, creating a romantic ambiance. After the cute flower girl and ring bearer make an appearance, it was finally time for La Shonda to walk down the aisle. She walked in with her father, wearing a beautiful smile on her face. Soon, they said their vows to each other and promised to spend their lives with each other, sealing the deal with a kiss. After the ceremony, it was time for the couple to appear for their Indian wedding ceremony. La Shonda was dressed up in a gorgeous gold and orange lehenga, and she was adored with beautiful gold jewelry like bangles, necklaces, and the traditional headpiece called “mang tika”. Sreyas, on the other hand, also quickly changed into a white kurta-pajama set, along with an orange dupatta to match his bride. After they both were ready, the couple then sat down for the wedding ceremony. After all of the rituals were done, the couple was now declared married. La Shonda and Sreyas posed with both sets of parents for their wedding album, and we especially love the shot where the duo walked down the aisle, hand in hand, as their wedding guests cheered. 

After the wedding ceremony was done, the couple sneaked out with our Riverside wedding photographer for some memorable couple shots. The location proved to be just perfect for this, and as the sun was going down, La Shonda and Sreyas posed for some gorgeous couple portraits to remember their day. The sinking sun, the amber sky, and the duo dressed in their vibrant Indian wear all came together in some frame-worthy shots. After the couple shots were done, the couple then posed with their bridal party and groomsmen for some gorgeous formal group photographs. White the bridesmaids all looked like princesses in their peachy orange outfits, the groomsmen wore matching black suits to balance out the color palette. The pastel matching bouquets that the bridesmaids carried were the perfect touch for this beautiful wedding party. 

After the pictures were done, it was soon time for the couple to join their wedding guests for the wedding reception. Their wedding cake was a classic white four-tier wedding cake adorned with pink and cream roses and greenery. A beautiful gold cake topper completed the cake with a flair.
