Chris & Jessica sure knew how to throw a real southern wedding! They thought of everything down to the smallest of details, and we can’t stop staring! We adore Chris’ classic cream cowboy hat and brown cowboy boots. Jessica’s simple, off-white dress with a plunging neckline is paired perfectly with her long waves and flower crown. And in the fashion of a true southern girl, she rocked some cowboy boots herself! This pair’s wedding is sweet, rustic, extremely well-executed and not one to be missed!
This wedding is DIY done right! For some serious signage inspiration, keep scrolling to check out the vintage mirror with “This Way to Love, Laughter, & Happily Ever After” scripted across its glass. And how adorable was their idea to use empty picture frames as photo props? We also love how they chose to take portraits in front of the light studded marquee sign that Pecan Springs Ranch made available to them. The rusted “LOVE” letters were extremely eye-catching and made the perfect backdrop for some fun shots of the bride and groom -- And we’re sure their guests took advantage of this photo spot as well. Too cute!
These outdoor portraits have us smiling from ear to ear! The wooden swing is an ideal prop for an intimate photo sesh, and the distressed door and windmill add texture and perfectly lend themselves to the perpetual theme of rustic charm.
How cool is this Texas-shaped wedding cake!? The surrounding cupcakes add mouthwatering variety and are perfect for even the pickiest of guests. There’s something for everyone!
We hope Chris & Jessica’s Austin wedding can spark your creativity and have you saying “Texas forever”!
