Ballard Locks

Ballard Locks, a grouping of locks at the west end of Salmon Bay, is a scenic destination for a Seattle engagement photography shoot. This nautical destination is quite historic, built during World War I. The locks are a beautiful place to sit and watch the boats come in. In addition to the locks, you can see an underwater fish ladder where salmon are commonly caught. On the rocks, you can also find sea lions waiting for their dinner!
