The Long Beach Boardwalk is a 2.2 mile boardwalk set against a three-mile stretch of beach off the coast of Long Island in the town of Long Beach, romantically nicknamed the city by the sea. This lovely retreat on the shores of the Atlantic is an ideal spot for you and your honey to have some fun in a fantastic engagement shoot. 

The wide boardwalk provides the perfect backdrop for taking amazing photos, lined with many different architectural elements that will help bring your photographs to life. For a beachy feel, you can step down to the shore and experience the waves rushing over your toes in the sand. 

The strong geometry of the apartment buildings and hotels that line the boardwalk also provide a fantastic contrast for natural curves of the waves and the rim of the sky. Come at sunset for a wonderful look as the sun disappears behind the city and turns everything just a shade more colorful.
