City of Noblesville

Just a short drive north of Indianapolis is the charming town of Noblesville, filled with plenty of locations that will inspire you for a creative engagement session. This town, founded in 1818, is home to several different historic districts as well as many shopping and dining destinations and parks. 

Spend some time in Potter’s Bridge park, a beautiful nook that is named for the county’s only remaining covered bridge. The river waters and the special architecture of the bridge make a great focal point for your photographs, in addition to the winding pathways that lead you through open, grassy fields. In the Catherine Street Historic district, you can find fantastic examples of beautiful Queen Anne architecture, painted in many colors and decorated with special details on the exterior. 

You’ll love the town’s European-style historic square, which is a must-see destination of brick-lined streets shaded by trees. One of the masterpieces of Noblesville is its beautiful courthouse, a fantastic example of the Second Empire style of architecture, with massive brick walls, mansard roofs, and a gorgeous clock tower.
