Founded several decades ago, this Detroit wedding venue has helped many couples celebrate this special day! The Italian American Banquet & Conference Center offers up several ballrooms for you to choose from for your celebration.

Start your big day by tying the knot on the Ceremony Terrace. This expansive stone patio has room for up to 250 of your loved ones to witness you and your fiance exchange vows. The terrace is surrounded by lush greenery and manicured landscaping to bring nature into your Detroit wedding photography. The charming gazebo stands out against the verdant surrounding and looks striking when lit up at night for dazzling portraits of you and your fiance at the end of the evening. There is also room on the Ceremony Terrace for tables and chairs to be set up for a casual cocktail hour.

Inside the estate, you can host your wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom, the Michelangelo Room, or the Da Vinci Room. The Grand Ballroom is the largest of the three. It boasts cascading crystal chandeliers for an opulent feel, and a gleaming marble dance floor. Arched windows line the room to bring a light and airy feel into the space. There are also two bars to serve up to 450 guests. Our Detroit wedding photographers love taking advantage of the sunlight that streams through when they’re capturing you and your fiance during your first dance and celebrate with your guests.

The Michelangelo Room is also flooded with gorgeous natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and offers up a chic elegance with the crystal chandeliers and sconce lighting. The Da Vinci Room is a more intimate space with similar features to the other two ballrooms so you won’t miss out on any of the elegance that this venue is known for!
