Color and creativity highlighted Leah and Ty’s charmingly quaint engagement session near Boston, Massachusetts. For their late summer session, Leah and Ty went to Downtown Rockport to capture some wonderful photos. A coastal town with tons of seaside charm, the area is well known for shopping, food, and scenic views, as made evident in our Boston couple’s stunning photographs.
 
Leah and Ty started off along the coast, stopping for some photos in front of a unique background of fish crates. The unusual and strikingly colorful backdrop brought a fabulous local flair and brightness to the photos that we absolutely loved.

Leah dressed up flawlessly for her unique outdoor session in a long patterned dress. Formal, yet summery and easy-breezy! Ty’s coordinating plaid shirt also complemented the whole summer vibe perfectly.
 
As they moved on, Leah and Ty stopped beside many shops along the shore, where each one had their own specialty. Their bright exteriors, string lights, and artistic aura gave us numerous colors and unusual backdrops that set the scene for their summer session. No additional props needed!
 
And what summer is complete without ice-cream? As our adorable couple stopped in front of The Ice Cream Store, with a cheerful display of red and white, we couldn’t help but note ice-cream shops as one of our favorite playful summertime session locations.

We also can't forget the stunning, blooming local flowers that added a dash of whimsy and freshness. Sunflowers, daisies and lush greenery added to this near perfect engagement session and made it even more gorgeous.
 
To top it all off with a romantic finish, Leah and Ty moved to the waterside to enjoy the sunset. The boat-dotted background and the rocky coast added a beautiful nautical flair and unique variation to the rest of the session. We absolutely loved the variety and romance it brought as the day ended with a pink sky, sweet embrace and genuine happiness.
