Set in the architectural wonderland of Philadelphia, PA, Arielle and Andrew’s romantic May wedding was a colorful spring affair. One of our favorite incredible venue spaces, the impressive 12-story Atrium at Curtis Center, with its black marble floors and dramatic sheer draping, contrasted beautifully with the lively feel of the wedding.

Owning spring’s vibrancy, the couple chose a mix of magenta and red as their wedding palette. Full of color and glamor, their wedding day was full of the modern flair.

Arielle dazzled in a heavily embellished, sweetheart ball gown with train, and she wore her hair partially swept-back in loose curls. Her storybook-romantic look, paired with the blush-hued bouquet, had us dreaming of all our favorite childhood fairy tales.

Arielle’s bridesmaids wore strapless magenta gowns with nude heels. We loved the blend of hues and textures in their bouquets. From light pink to dark plum, the variety of flowers and colors was stunning.

Andrew kept it simple but stylish in a black tux with satin lapel detail, complete with a white shirt, white vest, and bowtie. His groomsmen kept things dark in black details.

Arielle wowed us again with her modern princess aura during the first look with Andrew! The wondrous architecture of the Curtis Centre provided a breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s Philadelphia wedding photography.  And who could forget the stunningly manicured garden! The couple and their wedding party had some spectacular photos captured within the greenery and beside the gazebo. The couple wandered around downtown Philadelphia for a few classic photos, including the iconic shot in front of the Philadelphia City Hall.

The magnificence of the Curtis Centre combined with the dramatic vibrancy of the flowers, and elegant ceremony arch made the wedding ceremony incredibly surreal.

Following the couple’s gorgeous ceremony, the reception was full of personal details. Draped in black linen, each table presented a sentimental collection of early photos of the couple, set off against a bright flower arrangement. Gold, a modern accent, brought elegance and luxury to the table and balanced the bright colors of the day.

Their elaborately decorated cake gave the perfect sweet ending to their wedding, a day which was no less than storybook!
