Crissy Field

Crissy Field is one of San Francisco’s most beloved parks and a fantastic spot for your engagement shoot no matter the season. It’s one of the best spots in the city to see the Golden Gate Bridge as it spans to Marin, its signature red against the blue of the California sky. 

The park used to be an airfield but now has been preserved and restored and is a stunning spot to bike, walk, or run through. Here, you’ll find plenty of recreation all set against the magic of the hills of the Bay Area and Marin. 

At Crissy Field, you can step through the verdant green lawn underneath spreading palm trees to capture the most stunning natural backdrops possible. Low wooden fences, limestone pathways, and the dark green of the Presidio’s trees make this an excellent location for San Francisco engagement photography with beauty as you look in every direction. 

At sunset with the sun coming through the mists, the golden glow on the lawns will add a touch of the ethereal to your photographs. Every season here is lovely and is sure to provide a location with plenty of options and opportunities for a shoot that will make memories to last a lifetime.
