In 1970, Potter Palmer gave his bride the beautiful Palmer House as a grand wedding gift to celebrate their love. The romantic history has been kept alive by more than 9,000 couples who have celebrated their weddings in the Palmer House over the past 140 years. 

Our Chicago wedding photographers love to capture images against the stunning environments of golden décor and ornate ballrooms. One of our favorite places to shoot at this venue is the Grand Lobby. The marble staircase is ideal for photos of you and your wedding party, while the 21 Greek mythological panels covering the ceiling will awe you and your guests.  

The draw of the Palmer House does not stop with décor. The food at the Palmer House is fresh, local, and seasonal. Some of the produce even comes from its very own rooftop garden.
