Naperville Riverwalk

Created in 1981, the Naperville Riverwalk is a lovely destination of brick paths, fountains, landscaping, and artwork that lines the peaceful DuPage River. The incredible variety of backdrops, textures, and surfaces make this a fantastic spot for your engagement shoot. 

Come here to stroll along the paths next to the gentle bank of the DuPage and let the tranquility of the surroundings inspire you for a creative session. You’ll be delighted by the different elements that you discover as you walk along, from the covered bridges to the distinctive shepherd’s crook street lights. Along the path, you’ll find other attractions that will afford you some interesting shooting opportunities, including the landmark clock tower and the dandelion fountain. 

The lush green lawns will beckon you as they lead you to the charming covered bridges that provide an interesting architectural element to include in your photos. Their distinctive criss-crossing pattern makes a great contrast with the natural shapes of the trees and the smooth waters of the river.
