My style includes a blend of portraiture, photojournalism, and candid shots. I have been a professional photographer for over 15 years. I have attended many classes and workshops that have helped me excel in photography.
My style of photography starts with being as least intrusive as possible. I observe everything. After getting to know the couple, I focus on their interactions with each other. I capture candid images, the flow of the wedding guests and family members and, of course, the standard shots. I tend to blend and mix together my candid, photojournalism and portrait styles to document each wedding as uniquely as possible.
It is so important to get to know people from the beginning. I simply smile, explain my style and tell them exactly what I need them to do to get the best images. People need direction, so I make sure to provide direction with warmth and understanding.
