Pately and Marcin had a serene Austin engagement session outdoors at Laguna Gloria in Austin, TX.

The couple really succeeded in achieving a "vibe" with their attire. Pately wore a floral-printed silk wrap dress with nude heels. Marcin wore a light grey jacket, white shirt, and dark grey slacks. The caramel elbow patches on his sportcoat matched his dressed-up leather sneakers. 

Their look had a southern-inspired feel. They were dressed to impress with formal-feeling silhouettes donned in fabrics light enough to keep them comfortable in the Austin heat. Pately's dress was a fun twist on the traditional white for brides in engagement photos, and it highlighted the amber tones in the earth at Laguna Gloria. This connection grounded their look and connected their aesthetic to their surroundings. 

Their photographer really took advantage of the natural landscape of Laguna Gloria. The palms and large trees framed the couple close-up portraits. The lake provided a serene backdrop for their second look.

As the sun went down, the couple changed into a more formal look-- Pately in a black dress and Marcin in a grey suit. They strolled along the pathways and danced under the string lights. It was such a romantic way to end the session.
