Katie and Romain’s wedding day was the perfect mix of classic elegance and rustic-vintage. (To see our tips for styling a vintage themed wedding click here!) Their big day was held at the beautiful Lionsgate Center, specifically The Chandelier Barn for the ceremony and the Dove House for the reception. The Chandelier Barn is a particularly spectacular space. A historic barn recently renovated, it sparkles with 27 unique chandeliers hanging from above.

The day started with bridal prep for Katie and her bridesmaids, where they coordinated in matching silk robes and toasted to the day with champagne. Some of our favorite bridesmaid group photos are those during bride prep. Everyone is relaxed and excited for the day, and the photos are so genuine!

Katie’s photographer captured some gorgeous initial getting ready moments. Her stunning bridal shoes were a great detail, and her bridesmaid tying up the back of her dress is truly a must-have shot!

Dressed in classic colors, the wedding party looked sophisticated standing beside the bride and groom. The ladies opted for burgundy dresses while the guys wore navy suits with matching colored ties, and the couple brought in gold as an accent color to the color palette.

Katie and Romain did the sweetest first look in the ceremony space before their vows. Their photos are remarkably romantic and enchanting with the help of the barn’s old wooden rafters, twinkling chandeliers overhead, and stained glass windows. The couple moved around the venue, outside and in, for formal portraits.

Come time for the ceremony, Katie came down the grand staircase with her father (with such excitement!) to meet her groom at the altar. The venue’s upper level allowed the couple's photographer to get photos from a really touching perspective. Surrounded by family and friends, Katie and Romain happily said “I do” to forever.

Continuing the celebration, everyone joined Katie and Romain in the Dove House for their reception. The venue’s exposed brick and antique lighting gave their day another touch of vintage elegance. A petite two-tier cutting cake sat atop individual cupcakes for the guests, romantic blooms and a personalized cake topper adding to its decoration.

The pair’s wedding day was so gorgeous with just the slightest vintage touches! We hope it inspires others to consider a few trends from times from before.
