For their engagement photos, Jennifer and Frank chose to have their session at Salvage One, the same Chicago venue where the pair will be tying the knot.

Salvage One has two parts: a store filled with vintage and antique treasures and a wedding event space. For their engagement session, Jennifer and Frank were able to move around the space, making use of the different vintage vignettes. Their engagement photographer was able to capture different moods depending on the backdrop in play-- from the intimacy of the photos in front of the wooden armoire to the mystery and allure of Jennifer stepping through the sheer curtains for a solo shot. When it came to using the mirrors in their photos, the couple nailed it. We'll be dreaming about those shots in front of the mirrored fireplace all wedding season.

The couple matched the mood of Salvage One in their ensembles. For her first look, Jennifer wore an embellished white dress with pretty pink shoes. We always love to see a bride wearing white in her engagement photos, especially perfect if you're going to use them for Save the Dates. The pink shoes were fun, unique, and they worked with both outfits. For Frank's first look, he looked Dapper in Khakis with a blue shirt and bow tie, topped off with an exquisite blue plaid blazer.

Jennifer changed into a two-piece look for her second outfit. The blue tulle skirt is swoon-worthy. She paired it with a delicate white top giving it a whimsical and delicate feel. Frank switched it up with a short sleeve button down, darker pants and a long tie. We love the way these looks worked together to highlight the playfulness of the couple and their surroundings.

Jennifer and Frank didn't limit their Chicago engagement photos by making it an indoor-only affair. They headed outside for a series of photos that captured the greenery. The photos are so bright and springy, a cherry on top of the perfect engagement session.
