Brittany and Alex tied the knot at the gorgeous Zed451 in Chicago. It was an intimate affair with a quaint rooftop, perfect for a small wedding.

The couple fused in charming details that are sure to become a trend in modern weddings.

Brittany’s sweetheart neckline, full skirt, and a gold belt were unique and complimented perfectly to give her a beautiful, charming look. She complimented her short hair with a floral headpiece that matched the same graphic patterns as the wedding décor. We think it was a pretty adorable way to pay homage to her unique and distinct style. 

Brittany’s paper flower bouquet matched her floral barrette, belt, and the rooftop décor. It made for a stunning combination!

Alex, too, looked dapper in his blue suit and grey vest. His pocket watch matched impeccably with Brittany’s pearls and to complete the look, he added a paper flower boutonniere.

Their rooftop ceremony featured a lovely pop up of color, thanks to their flowers in shades of coral peach and navy. They certainly added elements of charm and personality to the brightly lit rooftop! The urban scenery added to the overall effect and made the floral decoration and mossy green hedges in the backdrop even more pronounced.

The reception featured a funky two-tiered cake with a geometric golden cake topper to match the theme. It set off the right tone, as Brittany changed into funky patterned astrology-inspired shoes for her reception. Alex also changed into his much-loved sneakers for the occasion. 

The couple's portraits were breathtaking. Their Chicago wedding photographer really utilized the venue's distinct features to capture some seriously stunning moments. Their shots near the grand fireplace, modern staircase and the exterior of the building were simply sublime. 

The portraits fused with the urban setting and the bluesy vibes of the reception venue made for an inspiring event. We love this swanky space for anyone looking for a trendy and intimate reception!
