With an abundance of sunshine and gorgeous natural beauty, San Diego is a California dream for an outdoor wedding. West Coast couple Alice and Joseph said, “I do” at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Golf Club, a picturesque San Diego wedding venue. With its impeccable landscaping and lush garden feel, what’s not to love?

Alice and Joseph’s relaxed nature was a perfect fit for this setting. Their wedding photographer captured their pure emotion in every beautiful shot. Alice was simply glowing on her wedding day. Her all-lace wedding dress evoked a modern-day Victorian vibe with its elaborate, crocheted cap sleeves and high neckline. Her bridesmaids donned flowing, Grecian-style gowns, each tailored to their own unique style in lavender. Alice’s bridal bouquet of garden peonies and purple hyacinth bloomed with vibrant color.

Straying from stark black, Joseph opted for a navy suit, complemented by the grey suits his groomsmen wore. Matching plaid ties wove the look together with the couple’s signature hues of soft lilac and cool periwinkle.

Before tying the knot, Alice peeked around the corner of the plantation-style front porch and shared a first look with her groom-to-be - they were absolutely beaming.

After the outdoor ceremony, the guests headed inside for a reception defined by quiet elegance - from sparkling champagne-hued tablecloths and gilded bamboo chairs to fresh-cut peonies. Flowers were the main theme of the couple’s reception decor - from the blooming centerpieces held within decorative vases to their three-tiered, textured wedding cake.
