San Diego, a city with miles and miles of white sandy beaches has mesmerized us again! This time it's with the engagement session of dream couple, Victoria and Daniel, at an unexpected but amazingly beautiful fall location, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve!

Located on the southern California coast, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve is one of the wildest stretches of land in the area. It's a rare location where the land remains as was before the city of San Diego was developed. One can imagine what it must have looked like to the early settlers! The site offers maritime chaparral, rare Torrey pine, miles of untouched beaches and a lagoon. It’s truly a gem of San Diego!

We really love how Victoria and Daniel kept their engagement session attire super casual and true to themselves, Victoria in a subtly patterned blouse and Daniel in a dark burgundy sweater. The cooler tones of the sandy site complimented their fall theme and looked gorgeous with their wardrobe choices.

Much like their attire, they kept their session casual and genuine. The two embraced on the cliffs, kissed on the sandy beach and held hands with the twinkling shoreline in the background. They looked relaxed and comfortable in their session, not overly posed!

With bustling San Diego in the background, their photographer captured some stunning photos of them in the native coastal sage. A quick change of outfit made for a lovely variety in their photos. The couple ended their session with taking romantic photos at sunset on the beach, looking completely candid and carefree.

The natural beauty of this session is seen not only in their choice of photo location, but in Victoria and Daniel themselves.
