  • Being the initial impression and primary point of contact for potential clients
  • Scheduling and setting up appointments via phone and email
  • Building rapport with new clients
  • Confirming scheduled appointments and rescheduling when needed
  • Answering questions for potential clients about our packages and services
  • Working indirectly with Outside Sales Consultants managing their calendars and appointments.
  • Working closely with a team of Inside Sales consultants to successfully reach monthly appointment/sales goals

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable using phone as primary platform of communication
  • Speed, accuracy, and proper grammar usage mandatory
