If you’ve read some of my previous posts, you’ll find my affinity for preppy details is no secret. So, you can just imagine how giddy I was when I got a glimpse of the monogrammed button-ups, Tory Burch’s, and pearls that grace this gorgeous Houston wedding! Every detail — down to the bows on the bridesmaids dresses — is so perfectly preppy I’m practically jumping with joy! Xo, Courtney

If there was ever a wedding that epitomized the spring season…this would be it! I could not have combined red, yellow and green more perfectly in my dreams. From the red lipstick to the unrealistically luscious Chandor Gardens, every detail is bursting with the bright, fresh air of springtime! And, as if that isn’t enough, guests got to take home an herb card to plant and grow on their own! I hope Abby & Todd had just as much at their wedding as I’m having looking at their photos! Xo, Megan

Holy adorable!! I’m seriously considering dying my hair (and getting married) after seeing this Milwaukee engagement session. There’s just something about newly engaged couples that gets me every time! In this case, it might be the rays of sunshine turning the leaves the yellow, the pretty blue and green dresses the bride-to-be is sporting, and the couple’s glowing faces giving me wedding fever — they are just too cute!

A little note to the groom: you can’t go wrong taking Matthew’s lead in wearing a plaid shirt that incorporates the colors of your fiances various outfits. Xo, Megan

Vanessa & Sachin’s New York wedding incorporates not only a beautiful mix of colors, but culture as well. Venessa’s henna tattooed hands are a perfect example of how brides can incorporate subtle bits of heritage into their big day. And, while you’re gathering inspiration for your wedding — note the violet purple and pastel green color combo– please also take some time to swoon over Vanessa’s ring. It’s absolutely stunning!

While they may not be ideal for a fall or winter wedding, royal blues and lime greens are always a fantastic go-to color combo for the spring and summer. If used with creative patterns, like polka dots, these colors will add the perfect amount of pep to your big day. Plus, preppy never goes out of style – just ask Ralph Lauren. xo, Meg

Jessica and Matt could not have picked a more romantic Philadelphia wedding venue. The Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park provides the perfect backdrop for Jessica’s vintage, lace gown and weeping willow-esque bouquet. And, no vintage wedding is complete without a fabulous chandelier dangling over blueberry cream cupcakes! To say the least, I am absolutely in love with this wedding — especially the photograph of the couple kissing on the stairs– and hope it provides inspiration for all you future brides-to-be in Philly. ~ Madison

I think these three colors together are brilliant! Full of life and perfect for ANY season! I love how the brightness of orange looks paired with a softer green and a classic white. What do you think? Considering incorporating these lovely shades into your day?

I love the idea of using different color bridesmaids dresses to match the feathers, or going bold with a feather headpiece! Below are more great ideas from our very own brides. Enjoy and Pin away!

I’ll admit it, I’ve fallen into the mint craze! So, naturally I was going to inspire you with gorgeous mint weddings! This happy color can definitely brighten up anyone’s color scheme. Whether you want to use it in a bold shade to make a statement or tone it down for a vintage feel, it’s a fabulous choice for any bride!
