Tampa beach engagement photography

Scherika and Gregory chose Treasure Island Beach as the backdrop for their stunning Tampa engagement session. With the white sandy beach and tall beachgrass surrounding the couple, this simple and romantic location was the perfect choice.

During the golden hour, roughly an hour before sunset, the light becomes soft and produces a beautfiul golden glow. This photo certainly shows why so many photographers select this as the best time of the day for dreamy portraits!

engagement photography marquee sign

This ampersand marquee sign is a simple but unique alternative to monogram letters for portraits. We love how this prop really added a graphic and playful element to their session. The couple took their playful nature a step further with this adorable "selfie" that they took during their session. We love couples who aren't afraid to show their personality and have fun with their portraits.

Scherika looks simply perfect for this bright and airy session. Her blush tulle skirt and delicate white lace top are gorgeous and give another subtle nod to her bridal style.

Don’t forget to ask your photographer for a few close ups! These two look lovely wrapped in the cooler tones of the “blue hour”, the moments just after sunset. To get both times of day for your portraits, we recommend scheduling your session to begin just over an hour before the predicted time of sunset.
